These are an unsigned vintage pair of cufflinks in a silver tone setting (Idon't know why the pictures pick up a gold-tone). The face has a detailed ship's wheel (helmsman's wheel) in the center, set on an iridescent white mother-of-pearl background. They have 6 sides, hexagon with a toggle-back closure.
**The design is often associated with the Art Deco or mid-century era (around the 1930s-1960s) and reflects a popular nautical or maritime theme.
For their age I would say that they are in good vintage condition. The loss of silver plating on the back is commensurate with their age!
