"Se7en" aka "John Doe" is a small 12" x 9.5", original oil painting by illustrator Chris B. Murray.
Obviously based on the film "Seven" by David Fincher. This is a gruesome portrait of the John Doe character played by Kevin Spacey. Per Chris', this was one of his last oil paintings. In mid 2008 he switched to acrylic.

This was acquired shortly after Chris graduated school and launched his multi decade career as a professional illustrator.
Condition notes:
1. Bottom right hand corner is dinged (see close up photo). This will not be visible once framed.
2. The varnish, after a couple decades, seems to have created an interesting effect on the red background, including an eerie halo effect around Kevin Spacey.
3. Some accumulated dust.
