Where are my sportswear girls at? This is a fantastic 90's mesh jersey dress from California Concepts. This dress can be styled so many ways, and can easily go from casual to formal. I can see it paired with sneakers or heels! The dress is black mesh with a sky blue lining that peeks through. The straps and trim around the neckline are white. There is a small blue velveteen heart on the middle of the chest, and matching racing stripes down the sides. In excellent vintage condition. One tiny spot
